33 Glasshouse St. comprises of the 2600m2 of premium office spaces in an iconic John Nash designed historical building above London's Regent Street. The RESET Air Shell and Core project was initiated following extensive refurbishment in 2016, as a collaboration between the asset owner, Hermes Real Estate Investment Managers, managing agent JLL and technology and certifying partner Carbon Credentials.
